Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with brokerage partners. Manages the broker vote process which includes: conducting broker review meetings, forming broker tiers and strategically allocating soft dollars. 
  • Manages the research commission management function to include:  providing the trading desks with broker budget and continuously evaluates budget estimate and re-allocates commissions based on performance.
  • Builds and manages the corporate access function within Investment Management to include working with internal investment teams to strategically identify needs and companies to develop relationships with. Establish the events function to support corporate access activities.
  • Manages the team to include all aspects of leading and managing (ie. recruiting, training, performance standards and assessment, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring, etc.).    
  • Builds trusted relationships and rapport with investment professionals. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to identify and analyze critical issues.
  • Can handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Pro-active approach and flexible to change.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
