Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, review, and edit internal and external communications
  • Review content material for completeness, accuracy and correctness
  • Ensure all materials meet established standards
  • Perform marketing projects as assigned, and continually maintain and update the research electronic system
  • Participate in other projects as requested by management


  • Commits to satisfying internal and external customers
  • Ability to handle a high level of diverse activities under a variety of conditions
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe In Design and Blue Matrix
  • Must be self-motivated, self-starter, well-organized
  • Thorough understanding of the financial services industry
  • Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others
  • College degree preferably in English or Journalism/Communications
  • Prior finance related editorial and writing experience
  • Proficiency with Chicago Manual of Style
  • Series 16 license and Series 7 regulatory certification
  • Requires complete fluency in American English and experience editing for a primarily American audience, with knowledge of associated writing styles and preferences
  • Requires availability before New York stock market opens, a time requirement that is met by traditional office hours in the UK
