Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to enhance the Private Wealth Management client experience.  Serve as a resource to Wealth Advisors and clients in performing administrative activities and executing client-related support activities.  Identify and anticipate client, Wealth Advisor and branch needs.  Resolve client and operational issues using all available resources and escalate matters as necessary.

• Primary point person for new account opening and onboarding, including but not limited to document preparation, new client welcome kit preparation, online client portal access set up and maintenance.

• Maintain multiple databases for the team by updating client attributes, groups and account information, including but not limited to custodian systems, portfolio accounting and trade order management systems.

• Monitor multiple systems for client and account level notifications and alerts and provide the actionable items to team members for resolution. 

• Maintain team and client information in CRM.

• Assist with the creation of scheduled reports across various systems and databases for proactive identification of service items. 

• Assist team members with compiling meeting materials and scheduled and ad-hoc report packages

• Client report package distribution, portal, mail, e-mail etc.

• Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to: calendar maintenance and scheduling, file organization and maintenance, travel/meeting arrangements, expense reports, mailings and conference call set-ups.

• Assist team members with back up cashiering requests

• Participate in other projects as requested by team.

• High School diploma required or equivalent work experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in financial services

• Experience working with DocuSign and Salesforce is a plus
