Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Work with business partners and IT teams to define project requirements and drive on-time delivery for user facing infrastructure projects (e.g., Office 365, TEAMS, remote access portal). 
Build and obtain consensus on project objectives, scope and timeline.
Identify detailed project schedule, deliverables, milestones and required activities tasks.
Prepare project plans and manage resources while documenting requirements, test plans, adoption plans, and end user training.
Ensure high levels of user adoption for critical new technology efforts.
Coordinate implementation efforts with internal IT resources and external vendors.  
Review status and issues with management and provide technical assistance for business users.
Identify best practices being used and encourage adoption among users groups, and manage expectations around system capabilities.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
Coordinate project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.


Bachelor’s Degree is required.
6+ years in a project management role focused on technology implementations.
2+ years hands-on technical experience in IT.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology vendors.
Solid experience with project management methodologies and office productivity tools.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Results-oriented individual who thrives on challenge, growth and change in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide internal consulting to a wide range of users. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Detail oriented with the capability of working on technical projects with limited supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with technical and business users.
PMP certification desired.
