Job Summary & Responsibilities:

The Senior Recruiter is a member of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition team.  This individual will be responsible for building key stakeholder relationships across the organization and develop and conduct stakeholder interviews for the purpose of developing a deep understanding of the organizational goals, challenges, structure and culture, and creating a recruitment strategy and employment proposition to find top talent.

Responsibilities to include:
  • Lead and facilitate the full recruitment process from intake/strategy meetings, sourcing active and passive talent, screening and qualifying candidates, interviews, closing/extending offers to selected candidates, and working with onboarding teams for a seamless process
  • Work closely alongside assigned business teams to develop strong business acumen to understand the function, needs, and requirements
  • Advocate and drive for best-in-class candidate experience
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing existing resources and exploring new ones to maintain talent pipelines for challenging and high volume roles
  • Formulate and provide offer recommendations to hiring managers, acting as a full-service talent advisor
  • Manage communication and candidate experience throughout the hiring process from initial contact to final disposition to ensure a positive impression of the firm’s brand and processes
  • Ensure processes within the Applicant Tracking System are closely followed and that accurate and thorough documentation is collected and cataloged
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders within in Human Resources, Compensation, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, and others as needed
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with search firms and third party vendors, as necessary, to support the business needs
  • Participate in other projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional/financial services; contingent agency experience helpful but not necessary
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions required
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) and software such as MS Office is required
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including but not limited to compensation, employment law, interviewing, and sourcing strategies required
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision
  • Experience building/maintaining relationships with internal and external clients to leverage for success and results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail; results oriented
  • Effective strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong orientation to service, quality, and ongoing improvement
  • Experience with Avature or a similar applicant tracking system with a talent relationship management system preferred
